Like hopefully everyone else, I have been practicing social distancing for the last 3 weeks or so. I’m taking walks when the weather is nice, and for the rest of the time I’m staying at home. It’s a new reality that we’re living in. We’re not wired to be isolated, and it’s taking a toll on all of us.
